JENNIFER HALL O'DELL

CLASS OF 2013


Jennifer Hall O'Dell attended Putnam City North High School and finished with a 109-1 win/loss record.  She was ranked #1 in singles in every age division in Oklahoma; was ranked #1 or #2 in every age division in the Missouri Valley Section; and was ranked in the top five nationally in 16s and 18s.  She was a finalist at the Orange Bowl in 1994 losing to Anna Kornikova.  She won the USTA National Sportsmanship award in 1989 and was the USTA National "Player-of-the-Year" in 1993.  She was named to the 1990 Oklahoma "All Decade" high school player team.  She played collegiately for Notre Dame and was a three-time All-American in 1995, 1996, and 1998.  She graduated from college holding two school records for most singles wins and most combined singles-doubles wins.  In 1998, she was named Notre Dame's "Woman-of-the-Year."  She currently lives in Chicago with husband Eric, son Jack, and twins Brooklyn and Luke.
