TIM RITCHIE

CLASS OF 2013

Tim Ritchie was born in 1964 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, and was number eight of ten children (eight boys and two girls).  He went to Cowley Junior College and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma where he was UCO's last American tennis "All-American."  He was a Rolex Doubles Champion and he and his daughter won the 2012 USTA National Father-Daughter Hard Courts.  He has been named a Missouri Valley Coach of the Year.  He was an Assistant Professional at Southern Hills in Tulsa for three years; was the Head Professional at Shadow Mountain Racquet Club in Tulsa for three years; and has been the Director of Tennis at Oak Tree Country Club in Edmond since 1999.  He has coached several High School State champions and Missouri Valley champions and fifteen National champions.  He and his wife Cheri live in Edmond.
