The
Oklahoma Tennis Hall of Fame is the State's highest tennis honor and
is given to recognize outstanding players, educators,
administrators, promoters, officials, and media persons who have
lived in Oklahoma, and by their performance on or off the court have
distinguished themselves by making significant contributions to the
sport of tennis.
The deadline to
submit a nomination is July 31 of each calendar year.
Eligibility criteria is:

An
Oklahoma resident for five or more years.

Players
who participated in numerous District, Section, or National championships
and gained a ranking high enough to be, considered an outstanding
player.

Others who
have made a substantial contribution to tennis (i.e. tournament
directors, teaching professionals, coaches, umpires, various
administrators, promoters, and manufacturers).

Possess good
sportsmanship and character.
